I sent you a private message. You can view and reply to it by accessing this link: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage

Yup and then I tried activating the new sim, in the iPhone settings it said activating…

then it wasn’t able to activate.

it says

public mobile, underneath that is says

”turn on this line”, everything else under that is empty and then it says “delete eSIM”, under that, add eSIM

Don't do that yet

So, you removed old sim or disable old esim already?

Is PM sim there?

Should I attempt just getting another eSIM from the app? Would PM reimburse for this?

Ok I did this, and it gives me the option to delete the eSIM and it shows public mobile. But my network is in SOS and my phone number is not displayed under “my number”.

@Bw902

To reset your iPhone's network settings, open Settings, tap General, scroll to the bottom, and select Transfer or Reset iPhone. Tap Reset, and then choose Reset Network Settings. Enter your passcode and confirm. Note that this clears all saved Wi-Fi networks and Bluetooth pairings.

I’ll try rebooting. Can you tell me how to reset the network settings?

Can you check your Settings -> Cellular screen and see if PM sim is there? If it is, you need to toggle on Turn on this line and change the Label to Primary.  And Reboot phone and Reset Network Settings
