I mistakenly deleted my e-SIM while I was switching to a new phone now I cant install the e-SIM on to my new phone and cant receive authentication code as well because the e-SIM is deleted. So I need help.

@Howard2 sorry, eSIM is not currently available for existing subscribers, maybe another month or two
So, physicalnsim is the way to go

at the moment, PM is unable to regenerate new eSIM if you have installed it but deleted it or if you want to move to eSIM to the new phone. You will be able to get new eSIM again later, hopefully in a month or two but not at the moment
So, your choice is down to get a new physical sim card and make a change sim card request on your My Profile
Som, get a Public Mobile sim card from
Once you have the new physical sim card, login My Account, go to Profile page, click the pencil besides your sim card number to update the sim card number to the new one

@Howard2 Get a new physical SIM card and message support and they can SIM card swap it for you also

Swapping numbers to an e-SIM is a big problem. The last time I did few days ago had to still come here for someone to help me do the sime swap.

@Howard2 Also for account log in . Try tapping resend code a few times and you should get option to send code to email instead . If no luck please submit ticket with support

@Howard2 Sorry once deleted you need to go back to a physical SIM card . Quickest way would be to call around to local Telus Koodo store for availability . Then I’m your my account on profile page . You can sim swap the number

Note only do this on lap top or computer/ not mobile device
adding PM can only do eSIM on new activations , not for existing customers yet . So even if this was just a matter of you buying a new phone . You would still need to get a physical SIM card again for now @Howard2
