My friend recommended lucky mobile for me. I logged into it and purchased a subscription. Unfortunately it’s not installing- multiple times we have tried. 
please advise

I'm not sure if this is related to your issue...but while trying to log in to my account, I get an Oops...Internal Error message. Could possibly be causing your drama also...dunno but try again a bit later.

so in your case, it's Unlucky Mobile huh !

Some cells aren't able to use esim...what make is your cellphone ?

hi @Success1 

can you check your Settings->Cellular screen (or SimManager) and see if there is a Public Mobile sim profile there?  if it is there, turn on "Turn on this line" or enable it
