this is stupid. why not let me pay early which is like 30$ for 60gb of data or literally 20$ for 1h

so, you used up your data?

you can pay early and start the new cycle by asking PM to help

 submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:       
            https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html 
             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
If any issue with ticket submission, you can submit  ticket by direct message:

yes. my plan is done in a few days and i rather just pay my phone bill now, 48h in advance and reset my data and minutes for calls. but i cant seem to be able to do that anywhere and all the online help says is there’s nothing i can do

what you meant by PM does not let you pay early?  can you tell us more?
