@GDR113 It seems to happen with newer iPhones sometimes for some reason. If you can't open a service ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page then send support a private message using this link

PM NOT recognizing ESim on new IPhone 16 ! How do I get in touch with some one g on tech to resolve this before I dump PM . Very frustrating .
