eSIM did not activate

I got a message it did not activate. I tried scanning the QR code no luck.

@Dman_dg can you check the Sim Manager on the device (or Settings > Cellular) first and see if the Public Mobile eSim is there already and just not enabled?

if not there, then yes, you really need to engage support by direct message for further help 

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
