hi, I recently change from virgin plus to public mobile. but I think the transfer process is not complete so I can only use the data but not able to receive any phone call or message. I'm using the eSIM card.

I agree on the porting issue, please contact with technical team. Perhaps, e-sim setting up could be another issue, regarding this problem, purchase new e sim to reinstall could be solved.
