eSIM activation issue

I tried with QR code which sent in activation mail and again I bought new eSIM in the app for 5$.  Not able to activate. Kindly help

the esim not work at all?

first, it is installed there? make sure the newest one is there.    And disable all the old one and the old carrier sim

the latest PM esim should be enabled, and set as Primary.   Then Reboot phone and click Reset network settings and test

if still unable to get it working, ask PM support agent to help.
