• App shows my number and active plan.
• Only Public Mobile eSIM installed (deleted extras).
• Tried: Airplane mode toggles, full power off for 5+ mins/restart, network settings reset, confirmed line is on/primary/default.
• Phone model: [iphone 15 • Location: Calgary.
• Requesting assistance to reprovision eSIM or force activation.

they don't open 24/7, only open till 10pm ET,. So there is no point to wait
check back tomorrow morning after 8am ET

@Usernur No they are 7days a week 9am 10PM EST , but due to high volume and many issues with new activations they are super slow this weekend , but they will vet back to you eventually

Tried the rebuy sim option. First it was calls can not be completed and now after new eSIM is sos 😞

Look like you tried the obvious. Can you login the app and rebuy a new eSIM? usually that can resolve the issue on the fly.
