eSIM Stuck on SOS Only After Successful Port – Number Shows in App, All Troubleshooting Tried”

  • Port from [koodo] completed.

  App shows my number and active plan.

  Only Public Mobile eSIM installed (deleted extras).

  Tried: Airplane mode toggles, full power off for 5+ mins/restart, network settings reset, confirmed line is on/primary/default.

  Phone model: [iphone 15    Location: Calgary.

  Requesting assistance to reprovision eSIM or force activation.

they don't open 24/7, only open till 10pm ET,.  So there is no point to wait

check back tomorrow morning after 8am ET

 

@Usernur  No they are 7days a week 9am 10PM EST , but due to high volume and many issues with new activations they are super slow this weekend , but they will vet back to you eventually

Tried the rebuy sim option. First it was calls can not be completed and now after new eSIM is sos 😞

Already did. Are they open24/7?  Waiting for past 3 hours 😞

Look like you tried the obvious.  Can you login the app and rebuy a new eSIM? usually that can resolve the issue on the fly.
