subscription not activated

trying to port my number in from rogers for the new 20% off deal. I keep getting that error "subscription not activated" at the final stage. I had Public Mobile 2 years ago so I should be considered new activation. is it the issue that I am returning customer and may not qualify or what's the other reason? thanks.

Should I rather select a new number and then transfer a number? Help out please. thanks in advance!

@JJ_88  Even returning customer you can get the 50% off deal it’s for all new activations regardless , not sure it would matter if you locked temp first or not public mobile been having issues with new activations this weekend but not everyone having issues . But if you end up needing solid the wait time will be longer than normal right now . But should you need support

reboot phone and try login app again

you can try to see if the PM esim is already installed on your phone if you use eSIM, make sure eSIM is enabled and set as Primary

if you have physical sim, insert it and test

and you can also ask Pm support agent to help.
