I paid for e sim activation that did not work. It cost me 50.00. I then ordered 2 sim cards and paid 20 + tax. I need help.

are you activating on iPhone? PM might still have problem with eSIM on iPhone
What exact problem you have?
did you try to Reset All networks? Your phone is not connecting to PM network?
