The above isn't correct.  Doing so will cause the customer to accidently open a second Public Mobile account.

The customer needs to use the Change SIM Card feature.

you got the physical sim card yet?  buy a new Public Mobile sim card from Telus, Koodo, Mobile Klink store, then login My Account to update the sim card nmber from Profile page

if you cannot login My Account, ask PM support agent to help

buy a Public Mobile sim, log in to your Public Mobile account (using the app) > Account tab...scroll down to find Change Your Sim Card. There you can update the sim number to the number on your new hard sim.

Log in to Public Mobile to buy a hard sim but that could take 3 weeks or more for delivery. If there's a Mobile Klinik in your area...they usually have the PM sims for sale.
