I bought the sim from Publicmobile.ca and chose a number from the numbers given from the publicmobile. When I call from my phone, it is working. When someone calls me, the call is going to someone else. It looks like, someone has the same number. I am unable to log in to my accont, because I can't receive the Eversfe number.

Did you reboot your phone by powering off then back on?
Then login to your account on the PM app.

@Sivam .yes this is public mobile glitch and happens sometimes it happened to me once also . I just had to log into my account . Profile page and pick a new phone number . And you can change your number 4x for free every 30 days
Change # on profile tabs
If you can’t log into by any chance get support to help you
submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
If that doesn’t work you can always send direct private message to support .
