HI,
I can't see the 15$ plan when trying changing plan for my kid from 27$ plan.
so i created a new account and tried to transfer his phone number but it refuses to transfer.
some assistance plz

There is a $19/month plan in Ontario that includes
This may be a good replacement for the $15 plan that used to be available

If you were in Quebec, I think you can still get the $15 plan.
Yes. To get a new activation plan, you to use a new email address, open a new account and select a new telephone number.
Alternatively, you can port your old number to another service carrier and then port back in and select a new activation plan. Good luck.

i still see the plan for new subscription. in that case i need to activate a new subscription and choose new phone number. is that right?

Unfortunately, there is no longer a $15 plan.
Within the account you can only change to the plans listed.
You also cannot transfer within Public Mobile accounts.
