are you sure that you have been double charged? Check both your credit card/ payment statements and payment history on the public mobile app or website?

akso are you sure that you have not changed your plan recently?

If you are sure that you are double charged, submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link

And there should onky be one?
