Hello

I don't want to use public mobile anymore. How do i do that?

I see some messages that i have to disable autopay. 2nd of Every month  they deduct money from my account. So if i delete auto pay i will not be charged from next month? Pls. let me know.

You plan MUST be active to port-out. So, if you won't get that done before your next renewal I suggest you change to a 30 day plan to save some $.

its depending on your plan. If you are on a 30 day plan, you will get a charge every "month" or 30 days.

If you are on a 90 day plan, you will get a charge every 90 days or "3 months".

When you port over to another carrier, your account is automatically closed, so your autopay would be cancelled.

So it will not be charging for the 3 months correct...i saw some posts mentioning it will charge for 3 months.

Also, if i have to port my number, i have to port to other carrier and then delete the autopay?

you can remove the card from your account. Alternativley, if you decide to port your number over to a new carrier, your PM account will be closed, so you also wont be charged by that method either 

Edit: In self-serve, go to the payment tab, and near the bottom in orange letters you should see "manage my card". Click that and you can edit/delete it
