does the rewards points remain the same after changing the plan?

I have about 11 points rewards on my current plan which is $34 for 50G canada-us.

I will be hanging to $35 for 75G canada-us-mexico on next cycle.

will I still get that 11 points rewards after the change?

Your points balance stays when you switch plans, and now you'll earn 1.75 points per month instead of 1.7 on your plan spend (5%).
