Be relieved that the website is the main source for Public Mobile. Allows you to have a full view and invested interphase.

I'm a former 'I need the app', and now, I actually find it easy to manage it on the go, and yes, will admit, not everything needs an app.

@Blu68 PM is owned by Telus and Telus is not a big fan of app. Koodo, also owned by Telus, used to have app but Telus killed it couple years ago
the current Public Mobile My Account is mobile friendly. So, you can in fact bookmark it and save the shortcut onto the Home screen. There will then be an icon there and it will act like an app. Try it

Actually @Blu68 , there is an app that some have utilized. (but it's NOT an official PM app)
Try My Data Manager on an iPhone or Android, or Data Witness PM on Android. More on Data Witness:

Many people have asked this. You’ll just have to learn to use the website for your needs. It’s not that bad.
