difficulty updating visa information

In August 2023 when I received the new visa I updated the information so I would not have this problem however the system has not recognized the information. I have now tried multiple times to input the new information and the area on the website will not allow me to do this. Please provide clear steps on how to achieve this.

Hi @ritamacmillan 

The website can be frustrating sometimes. Try this tutorial. It's helped others. However, please wait just a little over 1 hour from the last time you tried as the system locks you out for an hour if it doesn't work so... try 1 hour 15 minutes.

How to change credit card on phone app

Download the app from the app sore if you already haven’t.

Sign into your app.

When your app opens you’ll be in the My Account tab. You will see a plus button at the bottom left above the My Account tab. Click on it.

Once you’ve clicked on it, go to Payments

The next screen you’ll want to click on Manage Subscription.

The next screen will give you the option to change your credit card information when you click on Manage Payment Method.

There you will be able to enter a new credit card and expiry date. Click on Save and you're good to go.

You may have not created a Eversafe ID. This is new to all members so just click on Sign Up and create an ID before login to your account to update the new CC information.

1. Clear the browser data and cache on your web browser. 

2. Login to your account on the self-serve portal

3. Navigate to the Payment’s tab, click Manage Subscription, and then click Manage Payment method.

4. Enter in the details for your new credit card (don’t use autofill as that can cause issues with the site) 

If you continue to have issues I’d suggest reaching out to customer service to see if they can remove your previous payment method from the account. Then see if they can see anything on their end that is preventing your new card from being added.
