OP says has money in account. The better question.....is there enough $ in the account to cover? If yes.....then not an auto pay issue but a glitch on PM side of things?? That is if auto pay failed to collect the shortage if any.

Is your payment renewal date yesterday or today? The key question is whether your phone is working presently. If it is working, ignore the various payment warnings on the renewal date.
If not working, sometimes autopay fails. Do you have available funds in your Public mobile account presently? Try to manually load funds equivalent to your month's payment to re-activate your account.
