Hi,
my phone got deactivated .it is all paid, I just did not use it for 2 months.
when I deal *611 customer service it says to reactivate I need to top up. but there is 0 $ to top us as it's paid.
how do I reactivate it then?

What does self serve overview say?
Try the lost stolen trick via selfserve.

Are you able to log in to your self-serve?
If so, maybe you could post a screen snip of your overview page. Blank out personal info of course.
