Had PM for over a month with no problems.
Then data stoped working? been over a week and I have tried all suggestions. Even tried 3 different phones. None have worked. Need a service that works...
any suggestions appreciated. PS not the APN settings...

Cause! :)...it has happened to me! ...replaced SIM, worked with previous fido plan. ***although,OP prob ran out of data.

@TMSif everything else works except for data why would you suggest replacing the sim? they rarely are defective and if they are, typically you would not lose data and keep everthing else

1. chk data balance 2. take out, put back SIM 3. replace with NEW SIM

If you’re not run out of data ( check your usage) try to check the data usage threshold on your phone settings and make sure it’s higher than your plan data.
if it didn’t work try to check your APN .. you will find details here

Did you run out of data. Does the data addon show up In selfserve? If not then it's been used
