I have been trying to check my usage for the last week. I checked every day but the usage is the same. Why? I don't mind usage does not increase but I just need to plan my usage for the rest of the cycle

hi @Kosmosg usage could got stuck with app too. But with app, you need to pull the screen down to force a refresh

thanks. Yes, with that mode, I can see the differenr data usage now.
And you talked about app, I have not used yet, would it show the correct usage without the need of that mode?

hi @Kosmosg click on the 3 dots on top right of the Chrome Window and click New Incognito tab and try login

maybe just browser cache, please use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account to confirm again
