I have a 50ggb data plan Jan 30 -Feb 29 which says I have used 25.05 gb this billing cycle.
The sum of the daily usage statistics comes to about 830 mb.
If this continues I will be without data half-way through my billing cycle.
The chat to customer service link has been broken for several hours no knowing when it will be back.
What is wrong? What to do?
