from the early morning,my internet is not working. I have tried all the settings like turning off my phone and airplane mode but nothing is working.

Login to My Account and see if you still see a line in My Account & Add-ons about data. If so, you still have data left
Then, my next question would be , are you on iOS or Android
if iOS, what is the OS version number? any chance 15.4 Beta?
if Andoird, did you check if you have set monthly data limit on the device level?
Also, you tried to access internet via different apps? internet ? mail? facebook, etc?

@MK771 Could you have reached your data allotment? Check under your "my data and add-ons" section of your selfserve to see if there's any remaining.
Also, you may wish to try manually selecting 3G from network connections. Some users have found success with that
