data not working

I can't get data on my phone for the last couple of weeks.  I have data turned on I'm not passed my limit.  Any ideas?

OK, this got sorted.  Thanks for the suggestions, but apparently I needed to change/update my APN settings.  I think this has happened before for some mysterious reasons.

Problem solved - till next time.

Did you login to your account online or the PM app and check how much data you have left?

What phone do you have ? And do you have voice calls working?

Try Reset Network Settings.  Also, try sim on another phone

More details would be helpful. 

Did data work before?  

New customer versus old?  

Texting and talk working?

Which model phone?  Apple versus Android?

Usually we recommend rebooting your phone.  Then try network reset of phone (note; this willl erase any saved Wifi passwords)
