Hi there,

I am totally new to all of this so please forgive me but I purchased the $30 data add on and it does not seem like my account received the additional data?  Am I missing something?  thank you!

Add-ons are prepaid so no guarantee of a refund.  It will remain in your account until it is used up.    If you want to contact a moderator.

Purchasing add ons is a two step process.  You to have to add and purchase it.

I bought 1 gig before my data ran out and it never worked,  how do I

get a refund for my 30 bucks?

If 1g is not there than it's either used up or the purchase didn't go through

And if it didn't go through them they should still have extra balence on the account and can attempt the purchase again.

@kimraette  From that screenshot it appears that you only added the funds to you account but you still need to go into self selfserve and make the purchase. As @ShawnC13  mentioned, it's a two step process.

When did you purchase add-on?

What plan are you on?

Can you login to your self-service and take a screenshot of the overview page, in particular the add-on section ( please blackout any personal info)

If you log into your account, and click :"my plan and add ons" does it show 30GB?

Purchasing an add-on is a two-step process the money is probably sitting in your available funds and you will just need to re-purchase it.
