How long does it normally take to hear from from a customer service agent? I've been without a phone for two days due to no service after porting my number...........
Wouldn't care but I kind of need one for work so this isn't the best case scenario

For me it takes less than 24 hours but you response may be with another customer service agent for each mail.

Thank you! I'm familiar with the info in the first link - the second link is where I've sent inquiries. No luck getting any responses so far - sent them periodically yesterday.
