If you click on Send Code/Didn’t Receive Code. You will have the option to send the 2FA code by email.

I did all of that. But chatbot is not realizing that I cannot login because verification code is being sent to my lost phone

An alternative to the chatbot was provided earlier in this thread to the chatbot. Please use that option.

you can login My Account yourself and change sim card. At the 2FA step, click "Didnt Receive code?" and then select send email. After you login, go to Profile page and change sim card there
if you still cannot login, submit ticket with CS agent
