i did submit a ticket but havent gotten back any response, its been so many hours.

OP says they can't get in to their account so not able to use chat icon. The only option is to DM customer support.
CHAT option is available in Community only as I know... So as long as Anybody can post here they should be able to use chatbot and open a ticket.

Use computer, try incognito mode, clear cache... Refresh page few times...

get payment voucher at Shell gas , London Drugs or Walmart..then dial 611 to load them to your account for plan renewal. Deal with payment issues with Customer Support later.
