The new phone number port occured Friday and everything works except for our going texts (sms) which keep showing the temporary assigned phone number. Calls work.
Have reset the phone and turned the device on and off. Removed the sim and replaced it as well.
How to contact CS agent to get the network refreshed on their end?

@Adiorcash you can try the same
Go to Google Test app, Settings, Advanced. Remove the phone. number, reboot. Go back and enter it again
if that does not work. You can also reset the text app. Backup any important text. Then go to Message app info. Click Clear Data. This will delete everyone the Message app. Reboot. Then relaunch the Google Message and it will setup new again

@Adiorcash where you see the wrong number?? you see that on your phone or your friends see a wrong number??

@Adiorcash so, incoming calls and text work and outgoing calls works?? data work??
For phone number problem with text, are you using iPhone?? Go to iMessage settings, remove the phone number there. Reboot phone. Then go back to iMessage settings and manually add the phone number back
