But you have payment issue? you can buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or gas stations and then load the voucher using *611 or My Account

same problem here. they said my subscription expired today and to pay now so I can resume my services. they wont take my payment and say its a problem with my credit card. There is no problem with my credit card.
