I recently had my phone crash and no longer turn on. I only had my passwords saved locally on the phone along with the 2FA codes. Is there a way for me to recover the account? I have the phone number, email address, DOB etc. Please help. I don't want to loose the number I've had for years.

first, no worry about losing the phone number.
if it is just a phone error, why don't you put your sim card in another phone, it should work without problem
if you need to access My Account now, when you get to that 2FA screen , click Resend Code and then try Send email
if you cannot access email, after you click Resend code, click Send voice message. Then call back your voicemail from another phone, enter voicemail PIN to get the code
if all these ways won't work, still no worries, support agent can help. Just message them here
