I can't access my account for the first time as I don't receive the text message with the EverSafe ID.
I used my husband's one phone number for the EverSafe ID which is an American one.
And as I can't access my account, I can't reach a Public Support agent.
How can I change the number or get that access code a different way?

@touca68 , the eversafe ID credentials can be changed in the online account. If you are also unable to receive the 2FA code to email, then use the link below to reach out to support for assistance.

You will need to contact a CS_Agent by clicking on the Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket for an agent to help you access your account.
