could not find account number

hi ,

I lost my sim card and i am not registered for public self serve ,i need my account number .my phone number with public is 6XXXXXXXX1. please help me out.

If you truly have not registered an account follow the directions here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/

Otherwise, follow the directions already given to contact the moderators. Once you have regained access to your account, get a new SIM, then login to your account and Change SIM.

I would post your phone number like that.  I know phone numbers aren't top secret or anything, but anyone in the wolrd with the internet connection can see your posted message.

 

Moderators can be asked for the account number. However, when asking for someone like the account number, they're going to want mored details about your account, as a security counter-measure before providing your account number.  They'll likely want to know stuff such as your name, address, phone number, activation date, birthday, last payment date, etc.

Also, if you received an e-mail message from Public Mobile after your service was activated, your account number will be there as well.
