How do I contact an agent

@allison5   what exact issue you need help with?

 

Community is composed of group of customers, if you just need to find out how to use some services and need idea for workarounds, post your question here and we can certainly help quicker than PM agent

 

However, if you have account issue and need PM agent to check and adjust payment, etc, yes,  please open ticket with PM support using chatbot

 

 

1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (requires access to My Account) using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Contact agent ", then click "Contact Us", then click "Other", click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗""
Next, enter your Community login, then enter your question.  Finally use My Account login or 4 digits PIN to validate.

2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at: 

    https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437


**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

Do you have any specific question?  Community members can usually provide helpful advice that solves certain issues without the need for customer service agent help. 

 

However, if you need CSA, you will need to submit ticket:

https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/chatbot  

Follow the prompts to submit ticket.  

 

CSA may ask a few questions to verify account ownership and then should be able to help you. Response times can take a few hours.  Check your private message inbox (envelope in upper right corner of website).
