my card was comprimised,i got it reactivatted,made my payment to pm, but talk doesnt work,only texts

Does your account status show active? Check your payment history to make sure that payment went through.

Also can try to reboot your phone (if not tried already)

it should have nothing to do with the payment, just technical issue

Please try this , click Reset all networks and it should help
