There could be several reasons you see extra charges, or which you think may be extra charges.
If you log into your account and go here.... you will see the list of payments.

If your credit card was charged more, this could be just pending payments. That is normal. You can always contact your credit card company to confirm this. If the credit card company confirms they are double charges, do not do a charge back. Get a hold of customer service to reverse.
On a side note, there may be the new E911 fee. Depending on your province, that may be the charge you're seeing?
