changing plans

I had a 90 day plan.

It has expired.

I am trying to change to a 30 day plan. 

I have 70 dollars of credit. 

How do I do this.  It does not let me change plans.

@will13am I think you're confusing the "Expired".  In this case, I believe @doberman means suspended, meaning as @xCameron94x points out, means you cannot change the plan thorugh self-serve but need to contact the moderator team for assistance.

@doberman, are you sure you want to switch plans?  Even though a plan you have may be expired, you can still renew the plan because it is grandfathered.

the mods will need to do that for you. You need to send them a private message
