Hello everyone
Last fall I have signed up with the PM for $25 plan.
In November, I have temporaraly switched to $15 plan
Next April, I am planning to switch back to my original $25
I have 2 questions:
When I switch back to the original plan, can I still be able to get the AutoPay Reward?
Is there an option to set up "postdated" plan change for April already now, in January, or do I need to make that change at the end of March?

Hey,
Don't worry. You can opt for any new plan any time you want. and for Autopay, you will always eligible for that too. I also switch back to 15$ plan after using 40$ and 25$ plan, and in between 3 switching, I got 2$ as Autopay reward.

I'll add that if an immediate plan change is done, we already know that anything from the old plan for the remainder of that billing cycle will be lost (although I know that the intention here is a future-dated plan change), but on an immediate plan change, rewards sometimes don't get applied (but will be for the renewal after that).

Do it the cycle before April, you cannot set the date that far

@TatianaD Yes, your autopay and other rewards are attached to your account. As long as your account is not suspended for 90 days, you will keep them.
As for setting your plan change for the future, you can only set it to NOW or next renewal, so the longest in advance you can do that is 29 days or 30 if you're really careful.

Yes the rewards follow the account, not the plan and no do it at the end of March.

Yes you will still get autopay reward as long as you have your CC registered on account. You can only future date to the plan you want for the next payment cycle, so make sure to do that after your renewal cycle in March.
