I've done this method every time for months, on average, I renew my plan every 21 days. I suspect this might be happening because it doesn't this plan as new since I had this plan, already.

Help please. I don't want a different plan. I like 8gb 3G for $50. I really need data on my phone.

you mentioned you like the 8 GB plan.  As you have now switched to the 6 GB plan, you may wish to future date a plan change back to 8 GB plan now, as after Monday October 15, it will no longer be available.

i also recommend you learn how to use wifi and conserve data, as you seem to be running out often,  Drop the quality of media to lower settings, download for offline use where possible, and turn of apps which do not need to be syncing constantly.

You will likely not recieve any credit for the change. You can try but it was a chance you took after various members told you that you wouldnt recieve anything. Next time something like this happenes just reach out to the @CS_Agent and they would be able to help you once they had a chance or atleast tell you if they could do anything to correct it.

You can ask, but will receive none. Prepaid means exactly that, especially when changing your plan. There is even a message to that affect when you click Change Plan Immediately.

Same PIN code you entered during activation. If you forgot that, you should've got a text when you activated that includes your PIN.

@qcriderfan87, one option not available to customers to do in the self serve is early renewal of existing plan.  You will need to get the moderator team to do the early renewal.  The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link.  Please include in the private message account number and PIN code along with a detailed description of the issue and the required resolution. This will speed up problem resolution significantly. Refer to the following knowledge base link for additional information on contacting the moderator team.
