changing plan - blank screen error msg

Trying to change my plan but every time I click the plan option to change it, the screen gives no options then sends me to a new page thats says theres an error and to try and log off/on again. Doesn't do anything. Still showing same msg. How do I change my plan otherwise?

Do you have a different device you can try this on; it will likely work this way.

 @cmg : Try a different browser or clear cache/site cookies or use incognito/privacy mode. I call it getting into a mood. Happens all too frequently.
