How do I change my email address associated with my public mobile account?

Update: We can now change our email address (web or app).
Within the profile settings click Manage EverSafe ID and just click the arrow beside your email. If you get "Login Error" you may be trying to use an email that is already associated with an account, if that's not the case contact help.

HI @jrkmpspence you cannot do it yourself, you need PM agent to help to change the email address used on My Account
Please submit ticket with CS agent at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

Unfortunately you'll need CS Agent to help changing the email address. You'd think you can change on the account, but you can't.
You can contact an agent using the chatbot. Type "agent" and click contact us to go through the wizard.

If for some reason they don't respond to the ticket, you can try to send an email directly to the CS Agent here.
