My mother, xxxxx, (xxx)xxx-xxxx, is 85 and has no computer nor email. She needs to update her credit card with public mobile. How can we do this? Please advise. Thank you, Trevor Martin

please remove the phone number, we are just customers here and you have posted the phone number for everyone to see
PM support is all online, so you can do everything on behalf as her.
does she knows her PM login? if so, you can help her to login and update the credit card
if not, then please open another Community account for her using her email (I assume this "MartinUp" is a login for your own PM account and you cannot use your own to help your mom's account). Then login the Community and use this link to message support and ask them to help to link the email login to her My account:

@MartinUp , updating the credit card is a self serve function. Are you able to access the online account?
