changed subscription and it didn't work

I change the my subscription on the app, chose to have it done immediately, and was charged for the new subscription did not change.

Had a $23 6 G Canada plan, changed it to the $29 10 G us/can/mex plan. 

Got charged $29 +GST on my credit card

Plan is stil $23 6 G Canada plan. How do I get the right plan

Log out of the app and see if the information will change. 

If you have android clear cache and log out and back in.

If it's iPhone, uninstall the app and reinstall to see if the information will reflect the plan you wanted. 

If it's not, use the chatbox to contact Public Mobile and ask them for assistance.

You need to refresh the app to see the update on your account. Logout then log back on in.
