changed plan but being charged immediately rather than on renewal date

Hello,

I changed my plan on January 25, 2025, but I was charged immediately instead of on the renewal date.
Could you please help adjust this so that the plan change takes effect on the next renewal date instead?

did you use Change Now option instead of Change on Renewal? if you did, then it was expected
