When I subscribed a plan, I selected eSIM and used an IMEI number of physical SIM of my iPhone 12 Pro.
And paid it.
(I didn't recognize my phone is using physical SIM, not eSIM.)
However, my subscription didn't go through.
I guess the reason is because my selection of eSIM does not match the IMEI number of physical SIM.
It's a bit complicated situation.
How do I resolve this issue?
