changed plan and now phone wont work

help. my phones plan expired so the next day I bought voucher and downgraded my plan to same thing just less data. 

it says active but when I try to call out it says I don't have long discince add on .cant receive or send text .I emailed mods on sunday and now its Wednesday and still no email back.be day 3 without service that I paid for and no email back. 

any help would be great

Exact same thing just happened to me! I messaged @CS_Agent so hopefully they can help, hope they can help you too!

hello I tried that on the first say but didnt work . and tried to take out sim card and reinsert and nothing . most likely something on there end that they have to add back on to the service.hope they fix it tomorrow

@munroeashley87 Login to your self-serve account and try enabling Lost/Stolen phone feature. Then disable after a few mins. Reboot your phone and see if it starts working.
