I need to change my self serve email. How do I do that?

@JB29 Only PM Suppot can assist in changing email address on Self-Serve. Please open a ticket with PM. Click on the Bubble on the lower right or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Follow these these to get to ticket open page quicker:
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
A reminder, make sure your Self-Serve account's email address matches the one used on the Community Account to get the Community reward

you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent, and Explain your issue to
them can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.

@JB29 , click on the chat symbol on the lower right corner of the webpage and follow the prompts to initiate a support ticket. A CSA will take care of the request.
