Yes that was my assumption that over the 2 days I used the last 5%. But then i lost all to do anything using data when the promo said the gift minutes and data would be applied immediately

that 100% used up could be the continuation of 95% data usage.
The new promo might not be applied on the account yet.
Check on your self serve 'my account page' to verify. There is a delay in applying the promo right now but soon it ll be fixed. It has been notified.

@leafan69 you got these messages likely because the bonus data were not added there yet.
Did you login to My Account and confirm if you see the 2GB data and 500 minutes there under My Data & Add-ons?

@leafan69 - after you replied YES to the offer, did you log into your Self Serve account to see the TWO free addons from Public Mobile under your Self Serve account?
Log in now and see if you see them listed.
Some people are not getting them added to their account right away, so it may take a few days to get these freebies from PM.

these were the two messages I got, one Wednesday before the free offer and one Sunday after the free offer. It doesn’t make sense to me and I find this website isn’t really user friendly
